Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The quality control department is the most important and independent department which is responsible for checking the safety and quality of all injection molds and injection molding parts as well as those that are mass-produced for clients.
Quality Control Procedures
Quality Control personnel who are all experts in their respective product assignments check the quality at every stage of production, from the incoming raw materials to the finished product.
We measure the steel blocks, electrodes, and inserts before and after CNC milling, EDM, and/or polishing to ensure the mold building is within tolerance. We provide FAI/CPK reports to customers for review and approval to run production.
Origin of Materials and Components
We mostly source our materials from branded material distributors and agencies. Some engineered materials are supplied by the customers.
